I invested into Stratiphy via CrowdCube and one of the ‘shareholder perks’ was to get the first years subscription free.
I can not see how i do this as when i set up my plan it is asking me to subscribe for £8.99/£18.99
Not had a response from anyone at Stratiphy yet - has anyone in this forum got any info or experience on this??

We are currently finalizing the roll out of the app to the public outside of early adopters and as soon as that’s complete, we’ll be enabling the ability to redeem your subscription.

It is still possible to create a strategy and use the app on the free tier. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Having participated in May 24 for a badge (that never happened, but meh) and a years subscription in October 25 (that also never happened, but would have been a nice perk to try things out properly) I assume that these investor gifts will now never materialise, as you have ditched Crowdcube and moved to new pastures on?
