Hi - I’m trying to create an account through the app and when I attempt to link my bank account (HSBC), I get redirected to the HSBC app, authorise the link to the required account and submit. Once I do this, I get redirected to a Moneyhub link which brings a pop-up asking for permission to open another app (I presume its trying to link back to Stratiphy) which I allow, I then immediately get the error ‘Something went wrong. The application couldn’t be opened’. Can anyone on the Stratiphy team help?
